A core tenet of the program is helping junior youth develop their talents and abilities by helping the community. Junior youth often consult, plan and execute community projects help them develop an understanding of community issues and become agents of change.
Children's Classes

Small classes, organized by age and grade, focus on developing character through the cultivation of virtues such as generosity and truthfulness. This educational approach aims to refine behavior by fostering habits that express positive social qualities

Through a combination of structured study and practical application, youth engage in a process that develops their skills and capacity to contribute to community initiatives and facilitate personal development among individuals.

Youth will participate in facilitator training to guide junior youth group sessions, which include mentoring younger participants on a weekly basis. They will also collaborate with other volunteers in the planning of group session activities and the organization of seasonal day camps.
